(DÉFVM) wishes to inform all residential
property owners that it will be carrying
out Phase 2 of the program to inspect the
exterior of all residential buildings (singlefamily,
duplex and triplex houses) on the
Island of Montréal from April 1 to June 30,
2009.
During this program, Island of Montréal
residents will see technicians or appraisers
of the Direction de l’évaluation foncière
inspect or photograph their property.
Inspections will take place Monday to Friday,
